While calculating the number of closed and pending deals in its deals reporting section, FollowUpBoss displays the Archived deals as well (see the screenshot below).

Whereas, Auctm dashboard only shows the actual no. of closed and pending deals, that does not include the Archived deals.

In order to view the accurate number. of closed deals in FollowUpBoss, use the “Status” to filter out the “Archived” Deals. We suggest you delete such Archived deals from your FUB if they are no longer relevant
