A lead that isn’t followed up on time is a lost opportunity to close a potential deal. You can prevent those opportunities from slipping away with Maverick, by reassigning those leads to your pond account or agent groups to turn them into opportunities that later your agents can claim and capitalize.

Introducing Pond and Group Reassignment in Maverick. You can now view, reassign, and filter leads based on ponds without having to navigate to your CRM.

Viewing and Filtering Lead Ponds

All the lead ponds that you have created in your CRM would be visible in Maverick for lead filtering and reassignment.

To view and filter your lead ponds:

  1. Login to your account and navigate to the Rule List under Lead Management.

  2. Click on the Agent filter on the top of the page to show the list in the dropdown. You will find all your lead ponds listed in the Ponds section in the dropdown.

  3. Select the pond name from the dropdown to show all the leads in the pond for each rule.

Reassigning Leads to Ponds and Groups

Leads can now be reassigned to ponds and groups on Auctm without having to navigate into your CRM.

To reassign a lead to a pond or group

  1. Login to your account and navigate to the Rule List under Lead Management.

  2. Click on the Re-assign button on the Rule List page or the leads list page.

  3. Select a pond or group and click Re-assign to reassign the lead(s) to the selected option.

Tip: You can use the search bar to quickly find the choice you are looking for.

Identify if a lead is assigned to a Pond or not

To know if a lead is assigned to a pond or not you can view the agent column on the Leads List page.

If a lead is assigned to any pond account, then you would see it listed under the Agent column in the format- Pond Name (Pond Leader name).

Note:

Groups can only be used for reassigning leads. Filtering leads on the basis of Groups cannot be performed.

Below is an example of pond and group reassignment in action.
