If your deals data is integrated from a transaction management tool or G-sheet on Auctm, providing the agent information in the shared Google sheet is mandatory.
The deals with missing agent won’t appear in Auctm in the following scenarios:
When a filter on a team or agent is applied, the deals with missing agents won’t reflect in the “deals report” on Deals Inspector.
Deals with missing agents won’t reflect with or without filters on the “Efforts and deals Table”.
How can you fix this error?
Follow Up Boss
Please visit your transaction management tool for that particular deal where the agent name is missing and assign the agent to that deal. It’ll start reflecting in Auctm in a few minutes.
G-Sheet Integration
In order to identify such deals and take corrective actions, please add the names of agents to all deals in the G-sheet or contact us via chat support to get help from our customer success specialists.
