If your deals data is integrated from G-sheet on Auctm, providing the lead associated with that deal in the shared Google sheet is mandatory.
When the lead is missing from a deal and you filter by Source or Zipcode, Auctm is unable to categorize such deals on its Dashboard and this can be seen in the troubleshoot dialog on the Deals Inspector page.
Possible reasons for this error?
In order to compute deals with leads, Auctm uses unique identifiers like lead ID, name, phone number etc. to match the leads existing in your CRM. Make sure to update the lead ID with every deal that you add to G-sheet.
How can you fix this error?

Please visit your transaction management tool for that particular deal where the lead name is missing and assign the lead to that deal. It’ll start reflecting in Auctm in minutes.
