When a pending or closed deal does not have an associated Close date, we are unable to categorize and account for it when you select any timeframe filter other than “All time”. The number of such deals can be seen in the troubleshooting dialog.
How can you fix this error?

Please visit your transaction management tool for that particular deal where the close date is missing and assign the close date to that deal. It’ll start reflecting in Auctm in minutes.
In order to identify such deals and take corrective actions, please add the close date to all deals in the G-sheet or contact us via chat support to get help from our customer success specialists.
