To avoid cluttering your dashboards with analytics of non-agent roles in your team like lead managers, in-active agents, and other roles, Auctm provides you a feature to skip some of the agents from the reporting on the dashboard.
Skipped agents and the deals assigned to them are thus not shown in the deals related sections of the dashboard on the Auctm platform.
This setting can be found in the 'Configuration' section on Auctm via the steps below:
Click on your initials at the bottom left of your screen.
Select the “Account Configuration” section as shown below.
Tap the “Agent Selection” tab to display the list of agents obtained from your CRM.
Toggle the switch in front of any agent’s name or use mass actions to add/remove any agent from the reporting.
